The suggested servings are, from bottom to top:
Bread (A lot): Try eating a French chef, or some type of athlete.
Fruit (A fair amount): DON'T EAT A PIRATE! They tend to have rather low amounts of fruit in their bodies.
Vegetable (A sizable sum): Obviously, go for the vegetarians.
Meat (Moderation is key): The, shall I say, heftier members of society are chock full of meat. And I suppose beans.
Dairy (Do the undead NEED strong bones?): Your guess is as good as mine. Check the refrigerator for how much milk and cheese they have lying around, and how much cereal is left in the box.
Sweets (Sparingly): Children love soda and candy. And, like bears, enjoy malling. Be careful.
Also, so no one (Except for the French, vegetarians, athletes, obese, pirates, and youth of the world) would get offended, I used the gray skin color.
